INFO

Two Bunnies Eating Flowers (Alex Hanpeter, Kyle Reinhard and Jude Tedmori) are cute little kiddos with an insatiable bloodlust for friendship and fun. They are known for their chaotic, absurd live shows—governed by cartoon logic, lots of homemade props, and high-commitment, go-for-broke performances.

Two Bunnies Eating Flowers’s first show Horses Aren’t People, Fishes Aren’t Dogs—which they debuted at Chicago Sketchfest 2013 and showcased at, among other places, the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in New York City—was a Timeout Chicago critics’ pick described as a “ridiculous, explosive, shocking, confrontational, glitterbomb of a show … a fearless, bloody, full-frontal assault on all senses that makes you want to leap out of your seat and start a revolution.”

Two Bunnies’s second show, ...In the 69th Dimension!, debuted at the Upstairs Gallery’s A Jangleheart Circus Festival, and was showcased at the iO Theatre Chicago in November of 2013. The blog Young Girl Party said of the show that “this trio’s high-energy performance will surely keep you at the edge of your seat and take you on a bloody rollercoaster ride of surprise and laughter.”

In the summer of 2013, Two Bunnies was thrilled to be one of three groups included in the Chicago Tribune’s “Comedy’s Next Generation” event, curated by the Second City, at the Printers Row Lit Fest.

Additionally, Two Bunnies Eating Flowers writes and performs in the monthly show S (along with sketch duo Sovereign) at the Public House Theatre. The Steamroller recently called H I J I N K S “one of the most special, rewarding shows I'd had the pleasure of seeing in a long time,”, “committed to executing unique, thrilling ideas” and wrote that the group is “fearlessly working towards something truly original and unseen in live sketch comedy.”
